Take a bowl and add coconut flour, husk, coconut oil and mix well. Add warm water and make a dough like chapathi and cover the dough.
Heat a pan and add all the stuffing ingredients except coconut. Keep on stirring till it comes thick consistency. Add coconut and mix well. Allow the stuffing to cool down.
Make the dough into four parts. Take a parchment paper, roll the dough thinly in a round shape. Take one rolled dough, place the stuffing and spread on it. Now place another rolled though on top of the stuffing and press gently to stick together.
Heat a pan on medium flame, place the poli and sprinkle ghee. Cook poli on both sides and serve hot.
