Coconut Almond Burfi

Coconut Almond Burfi is a classic dessert and it is simply delicious. It is an easy recipe to make with few ingredients.

  • 5 Cup grated coconut
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp erythritol
  • 2 Cup water
  • Heat a pan in low flame, dry roast the coconut for 1 minute to remove the moisture and transfer to a plate.
  • Heat ghee in the same pan, saute almond flour for 1 minute. Remove the almond flour and add to coconut. In the same pan, boil water and erythritol till the water becomes half of the amount.
  • Now add roasted coconut, almond flour and keep on stirring till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the burfi mixture.
  • Garnish with grated pumpkin seed, then slice it.
