Flaxseed and Peanut Dosa

Flaxseed and Peanut Dosa is highly recommended for those who have diabetes because Flaxseed and Peanut Dosa is mainly made of flaxseed and peanuts which contains high nutrients and maintains the sugar level.

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp peanut powder
  • 0.5 Cup flaxseed powder
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese
  • In a bowl, mix flaxseed and peanut powder with water. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the cheese in warm water and add in the batter with salt. Let the batter be in thick consistency.
  • Pour dosa batter into a non-stick pan and sprinkle some oil.
  • Cook dosa on both sides and serve hot.
