Fried Rice

Fried Rice is a dish of cooked rice and usually mixed with chopped vegetables and seasoning ingredients.

  • Salt to preference
  • 1 Tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 200g Cauliflower rice
  • 5 Carrot
  • 0.5 Bell pepper
  • 4 Beans
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • 0.5 Tbsp ginger
  • 0.5 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger, and sauté till they get fried slightly.
  • Next chop all the veggies and fry for two or three Minutes until veggies get cooked.
  • Finally add cauliflower rice, vinegar, pepper powder and salt as required. 
  • Mix everything well and sauté for 2 Minutes.
  • Take off flame and serve hot
