Porridge

Instant Porridge Mix is a highly nutritious dish which is mostly recommended for diabetes.

  • 0.25 Tsp salt
  • 0.25 Cup curd
  • 0.2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 0.1 Tbsp chia seed
  • 0.2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 0.2 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 0.1 Tbsp onion
  • 2 Cup water
  • Dry roast the flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds for 2 minutes on low flame. Add chia seeds after switching off the flame and leave it for a minute.
  • Grind all the above ingredients (after cooling) and store them in an airtight container.
  • When needed, boil 2 cups of water and add into the porridge mix and make it into a porridge. Add chopped onion, curd and salt.
