Keerai Pakoda is an Indian snack and is made of spinach. Keerai pakoda are very easy to make and requires only less than 30 minutes.
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 Tsp chia seed powder
- 1 Green chili
- 5 Tsp coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp water
- 25 Cup sunflower seed powder
- 3 Tbsp mulai keerai
- 1 Garlic clove
- Finely chop amaranth leaves (keerai) and crush the garlic. Except for oil, mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
- Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame, take out a lump of dough and drop it in small portions. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with any of the accompaniments or chutney.
