Keerai Pakoda

Keerai Pakoda is an Indian snack and is made of spinach. Keerai pakoda are very easy to make and requires only less than 30 minutes.

  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Tsp chia seed powder
  • 1 Green chili
  • 5 Tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 25 Cup sunflower seed powder
  • 3 Tbsp mulai keerai
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Finely chop amaranth leaves (keerai) and crush the garlic. Except for oil, mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame, take out a lump of dough and drop it in small portions. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with any of the accompaniments or chutney.
