
Mutton Keema Fry

Mutton keema fry is a side dish which is spicy and made of lamb meat. It is high in protein and lowers saturated fat.
- 5 Tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. grated coconut
- 100g Ground lamb
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 250g Cauliflower
- 2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 Green chili
- 5 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp red chili powder
- 2 Tsp Cumin powder
- 2 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 5 Cup water
- 2 Tsp Fennel Seed Powder
- Heat pan with oil, add onion, tomato , and sauté till it becomes translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and chili powder. Sauté till raw smell goes.
- Now add minced mutton, cauliflower, salt, curry masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and fennel seed powder.
- Close the pan with lid and keep in low flame.
- When the water dry, add coconut and green chili.
- Splash water and keep it covered until curry is cooked and becomes semi dry.
- Take off the flame and transfer to a bowl and serve.
