Neer Dosa which is also known as water dosa in Tulu is prepared from rice batter. Neer dosa is originated from Tulu Nadu region, and part of Udupi – Mangalorean cuisine.
- 1 Medium egg
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Cup coconut flour
- 25 Almonds
- Soak almonds in hot water for 10 Minutes and peel the skin.
- Grind almonds and coconut into fine paste.
- Add salt, egg and 1/2 cup water run again.
- Heat a nonstick pan, pour the batter and shake the pan to spread fully.
- Cook in medium flame.
