Neer Dosa

Neer Dosa which is also known as water dosa in Tulu is prepared from rice batter. Neer dosa is originated from Tulu Nadu region, and part of Udupi – Mangalorean cuisine.

  • 1 Medium egg
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Cup coconut flour
  • 25 Almonds
  • Soak almonds in hot water for 10 Minutes and peel the skin.
  • Grind almonds and coconut into fine paste.
  • Add salt, egg and 1/2 cup water run again.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, pour the batter and shake the pan to spread fully.
  • Cook in medium flame.
