Paneer Uttapam

Paneer uttapam is a delicious South Indian recipe made with paneer, carrot, curd. Paneer uttapam is a good choice for a healthy breakfast.

  • 2-5 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp curd
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 100g Paneer
  • 2 Tbsp chia seed powder
  • 1 Onion
  • Grind paneer, curd, chia powder and salt in a mixer grinder into a thick paste.
  • Rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion and mix everything.
  • Heat Tawa put the batter and sprinkle some oil.
  • Cook on both sides.
