Pumpkin Paneer Balls

A quick snack masking the taste of pumpkin. A complete snack item packed with carbs, proteins, vitamin A and fats. Paneer, being an excellent vegetarian protein source and filled with calcium and selenium makes the dish nutrient-dense. Easy poppers are calorie and nutrient-dense.

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 50g Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp almond flour
  • 250g Pumpkin 
  • Regular Spices
  • Peel the pumpkin skin and cut it into small pieces.
  • Boil the chopped pumpkin and mash it (don’t grind).
  • Heat empty pan, add mashed pumpkin and saute to remove the extra moisture.
  • Cool down the pumpkin and add the spices, salt, coconut flour, almond flour, and mix it well.
  • Cut the paneer into 8 pieces and coat it with pumpkin mixture.
  • Heat the kadhai with coconut oil and fry the prepared block of paneer till crispy.
  • Shift on a kitchen towel to soak the excess oil 
  • Serve with sauce or chutney to your liking.
