Rasgulla is a South Asian dessert popular in Indian Subcontinent. Rasgulla is made from ball-shaped dumplings cooked in light syrup made of sugar and cardamom.

  • Paneer
  • 1/2 Tbsp erythritol/ any other artificial sweetner as per choice
  • 3 Cups of water
  • 1/2 Tbsp cardamom
  • Kesar (optional)
  • Knead the paneer with 1/2 tbsp sugar/artificial sweetner until the dough is smooth and soft.
  • Divide the dough into 8 uniform balls.
  • In a pan, add water and remaining erythritol to boil on medium heat. Add cardamom and kesar (optional) reduce the heat.
  • Add paneer balls without breaking and cook and soak the syrup for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the rasgulla to cool and serve cold.
