Roti with cheese
Serves 8 People
The Cheese Paratha is an all-time favorite with cheese-lovers, especially kids.
1 Tbsp chia seeds
5 Cup coconut flour
200g / 1 Cup of Almond flour
1 Slice cheese
1 Cup water
100g Flaxseed powder
Soak the chia seeds in 2 tbsp of water for an hour.
Mix flaxseed flour, grinded coconut paste, almond flour and egg in a bowl.
Add the soaked chia seeds and salt to the bowl and knead to a dough consistency.
Use water if the dough is too dry.
Roll the dough into roti.
Heat a flat pan and apply ghee and cook the roti
Once the roti is turned over, sprinkle cheese on the other side, and cover the pan and cook till the cheese is melted.
Take it off the heat and serve on a plate with sauce of choice.
