Roti with cheese

The Cheese Paratha is an all-time favorite with cheese-lovers, especially kids.

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 Cup coconut flour
  • 200g / 1 Cup of Almond flour
  • 1 Slice cheese
  • 1 Cup water
  • 100g Flaxseed powder
  • Soak the chia seeds in 2 tbsp of water for an hour.
  • Mix flaxseed flour, grinded coconut paste, almond flour and egg in a bowl.
  • Add the soaked chia seeds and salt to the bowl and knead to a dough consistency.
  • Use water if the dough is too dry.
  • Roll the dough into roti.
  • Heat a flat pan and apply ghee and cook the roti 
  • Once the roti is turned over, sprinkle cheese on the other side, and cover the pan and cook till the cheese is melted.
  • Take it off the heat and serve on a plate with sauce of choice.
